VMS must simplify the process and clarify the complexities created by the industry. We must understand the special requirements of our retail partners.

VMS was started to tackle the problems that the Business owners encountered in their retail establishment. VMS understood that the ethnic biases they encountered were standard in the industry and the merchants did not have any place to get clarification.

By starting from a fresh prospective it was determined that a combination of industry experience and a new insight would be required. Our originator, Andy Nguyen, brought in a proven merchant processing entrepreneur for stability and then built a team of Vietnamese customer service representatives and marketing agents to assist the underserved community. Mr. Nguyen put together six simple rules that would be the guiding force of VMS.

Respect: VMS will respect our merchants and treat them with dignity. Only by doing so can we expect to retain our customers and develop a broad based Vietnamese community.

Clarity: Our industry has spent twenty years complicating the merchant processing business. VMS will clarify the process including rates, filling out applications, installation, technical support and statements.

Simplify: VMS will provide the simplest rate structure and statements in the industry. The monthly costs will be clear so you spend less time figuring out what and why you are being charged and more time working on your business.

Value Guarantee: If VMS cannot solve the merchant’s problems then we will help move the customer. All of VMS’s early termination fees will be waived.

Product Mix: A full line of products including merchant processing, point of sale equipment, Apple and Androuid applications, specialized software, cash advance, gift cards, check protection and wholesales product discounts will insure that the customer can solve all their needs with VMS.

Return to the Community: As VMS grows and has success it wants to thank the community and utilize its good fortune. VMS will give back to local agencies and help with the building of Vietnam.
